Our
goal is that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If
you are not satisfied, you may exchange or return the product under
the conditions and procedures outlined below. If you are experiencing
difficulty with your product or suspect warranty work is necessary
please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-550-9188.
We
accept exchanges or returns only under the following conditions:
Return
requests must be received within 30 days
of purchase via our website request form at
http://www.infraredheateroutlet.com/rma
or by certified mail (see address
below). Item
must have been used under the terms and conditions of the
manufacturer's warranty, outlined in the user manual. Product must be
in the original container in new, sellable condition. If your product
is defective or you are returning it as an exchange, Infrared Heater Outlet will pay for return shipping and send a replacement product
upon its return; additional costs for upgraded products must be made
before a replacement product is shipped. Returned products must
include any supporting materials and literature (remote, user's
manual, attachments, etc.). If any supporting material is not
returned, $40 will be deducted from the refund.
If you are returning your product
for a refund, you are
responsible for return shipping costs, including insurance and
mandatory tracking; additionally, if shipping
was included in the price of your original order, there will be a $30
return shipping fee deducted from your refund. If
your original shipping carton and/or packing materials are
unavailable, you are required to have that item professionally
packaged before shipment or pickup can be completed.
Steps
to return your product:
1.
Request an RMA.
You may do so in one of two ways.
a.
Go to http://www.infraredheateroutlet.com/rma
to request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) using our online form. This must be done within
30 days of purchase.
b.
If you are unable to access the
internet, you may
send an RMA request via Certified
mail to: Infrared Heater Outlet RMA Request, 47080 273rd St, Ste 1, Harrisburg SD 57032 -
Items may not be
delivered to this address.
2.
Receive an RMA number and return
instructions.
a. Exchange - If the above conditions
have been met, and you have provided us with a valid
email address, you will receive an
email within 3 business days with an RMA and instructions for
returning your product. Otherwise you will receive an instruction
letter from us within 10 business
days of the date we received your certified letter. The instructions
will include an RMA as well as detailed shipping instructions. The
product must be returned within 7 days of receiving your RMA. All
instructions must be followed precisely in order for us to process
your exchange.
b.
Refund - If the above conditions
have been met, and you have provided us with a valid
email address, you will receive an
email within 3 business days with an RMA and instructions for
returning your product. Otherwise you will receive an instruction
letter from us within 10 business
days of the date we received your certified letter. The instructions
will include an RMA as well as detailed shipping instructions. The
product must be returned within 7 days of receiving your RMA. All
instructions must be followed precisely in order for us to process
your refund.
3.
Place the RMA number on your
box, below our company name and above our address.
4.
Ship the product via a certified
freight carrier (FedEx, UPS, U.S.
Postal Service with Certified Mail, etc).
Retain
your tracking number for future reference. After your product
is received and inspected to verify the unit meets the conditions
above, we will remit to you the price minus applicable fees
or a replacement/upgraded product
will be sent to you.
Additional
terms:
No
one will be given return authorization after 30 days. Any product
received without an RMA next to or on the shipping label will either
be refused or kept and donated to charity. Any falsifying of
information will void your return or
exchange privileges.
Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Returns must be made
via a certified freight carrier. Sorry, no
returns may be made in person, including to our sales offices or
shipping warehouses.
Products must be returned only to an Infrared Heater Outlet Returns Processing Facility
as described in the instructions
provided to you with RMA number. Infrared Heater Outlet will
not be responsible for any statements that are made or published that
are inconsistent with this written policy. EdenPURE and SunTWIN Warranty is provided by
SCI Resource Partners, and no warranty expressed or implied is
provided by Infrared Heater Outlet. Purchase of the product implies
agreement with the return policy terms and conditions. If a package
is returned to our warehouse as undelivered by our shipping carrier
because the customer refused
delivery, a 20%
restocking fee will apply plus a $30 original shipping charge.
